Yamuna River Tourism provides digital admission passes, ferry crossing tickets, and in-park activity tokens. No physical parcels or paper tickets are shipped through postal mail or courier services. All ticket passes are delivered electronically and instantaneously via on-screen generation, downloadable thermal slips, email, and SMS.

Delivery Timeline & Fulfilment Process

1.1. Real-Time Delivery (Instantaneous): As soon as your payment is successfully verified by Razorpay (typically within 1 to 3 seconds), our TRP Control backend automatically generates your digital QR ticket pass and displays it directly on your screen.

1.2. Confirmation Notification Channels:

  • On-Screen Access: Instant visual display of your active admission QR pass with pass details, headcount, and visit date.
  • Downloadable Thermal Slip: One-click option to print or save a high-resolution 80mm thermal receipt slip with QR token and tax breakdown.
  • Email Confirmation: An automated confirmation email containing your Booking ID and e-pass is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes.
  • SMS / WhatsApp Alert: An instant text alert with your unique booking reference is dispatched to your registered Indian mobile number.

How to Redeem Your Pass at Sonia Vihar Ghat

When you arrive at Sonia Vihar Ghat on your scheduled visit date:

Method A: Mobile Screen Scan

Simply open your ticket on your mobile device or show the screenshot/email QR code directly in front of the optical turnstile scanner or to the gate attendant.

Method B: Printed Thermal Slip

You may also print your thermal slip at home on standard A4 or 80mm thermal paper and present it at the barcode reader for rapid gate barrier unlock.

Delivery Issues & Immediate Pass Retrieval

In the rare event that you experience network interruption during checkout, or do not receive your email/SMS confirmation within 10 minutes:

  • Online Account Retrieval: Log in to the visitor portal and click on “My Booked Passes” to view and reprint all active passes linked to your registered mobile number or email.
  • At-Gate Assistance Desk: Simply walk up to the official Resolution Counter at Sonia Vihar Ghat and present your Razorpay Payment ID or mobile number. Our attendant will print an official duplicate slip on the spot.
