Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds Credited in 5 to 7 Business Days
Once an eligible cancellation or refund request is verified and approved by our admissions desk, the refund amount is automatically credited back within 5 to 7 business days directly to the original source payment method (Savings/Current Bank Account, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI ID) through our payment aggregator partner Razorpay.
1. Cruise Rain & River Weather Cancellation Policy (100% Refund)
The safety of our passengers and crew along the Yamuna River is our foremost priority. Operations of our river catamarans, motor launches, and outdoor ghat activities are inherently dependent on safe hydrological and meteorological conditions.
- Heavy downpours, squalls, lightning, or severe thunder alerts issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
- River flood alerts, high current surges, or emergency gate discharges from Hathnikund Barrage mandated by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) or Irrigation Department.
- Dense fog causing visibility below safe marine navigation standards (less than 150 meters).
Customer Entitlement: In the event that ferry operations or park gates are suspended due to weather conditions or river advisories, visitors who booked online are entitled to:
- Option A: 100% Full Refund: Complete reimbursement of the ticket amount with ZERO cancellation penalties or convenience deductions, refunded to source within 5–7 business days.
- Option B: Free Rescheduling: Rescheduling of the reservation to any future date of your choice within 60 calendar days at no additional fee.
2. Turnstile Scanned Passes Strictly Non-Refundable
USED.2.1. No Post-Entry Refunds: Passes that have been validated at the turnstile barrier are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be re-issued for another day, regardless of early departure from the park.
2.2. Unused Ride Debits: For multi-activity passes, unconsumed ride debits remain valid until park closure on the date of visit. Unused portions cannot be encashed or refunded once the visitor has entered the park premises.
3. Voluntary Visitor Cancellation Timelines
If you wish to cancel an un-scanned reservation voluntarily prior to your scheduled visit, the following tiered rules apply:
| Cancellation Timing | Refund Eligibility | Processing Fee |
|---|---|---|
| More than 24 hours prior to visit date | 100% Full Refund | Zero Fee |
| Between 4 to 24 hours prior to visit date | 90% Refund | 10% Payment Processing & Reservation Charge |
